And we might add—a lot sooner than you may have expected. KVCBI Undergraduate Programs operates on three semester quarters Fall, Spring, and Summer Semesters. KVCBI Graduate Programs operates on four (4) semester quarters: Winter (January-March), Spring (April-June), Summer (July-August) and Fall (September-December). We offer 4-week, 6-week, 8-week, and 12-week courses.

Once the Admissions Office has received your completed application packet, and application fee you will receive a confirmation email, a confirmation number temporary student number, and times available for your phone interview.
